50% of all breakfasts are really desserts. Think about it: the doughnut, the cinnamon roll, the gooey fruit and whipped cream-laden crêpe, pancake or waffle.
I, too, venture into dessert-breakfast territory sometimes. I happened to have leftover vegan pancakes using Laura Miller’s Raw. Vegan. Not Gross recipe. I also had leftover whipped cream, put the two together in a berry shortcake stack instantly negating the vegan-ness of my pancakes.
I’m only human.
