No matter where I go the competition for brunch is fierce. There’s a magnetic attraction of this in-between meal that signals the cosmic aligning of the planets because you can get waffles and a club sandwich at the same time. Brunch competition also means I’ll spend at least an hour deciding where to have brunch. Spreadsheets are composed, pro & cons lists drafted, venn diagrams made, all menus under intense scrutiny.
